Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Offerqo platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Offerqo is β€” and is not

Offerqo is a technology platform that connects patients with dental and medical clinics and provides clinics with tools for quotes, patient management and digital consent. Offerqo is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical decisions, treatment, quotes and consent forms are the sole responsibility of the clinic you choose. Any information on the platform is for general purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian act for you) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Patients

You may request quotes and communicate with clinics. Information and images you submit are shared with the clinics you engage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Quotes are offers made by clinics, not by Offerqo, and may change.

4. Clinics

Clinics are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and clinical appropriateness of the quotes, content and consent forms they create, for obtaining valid patient consent, and for compliance with all applicable healthcare, advertising and data-protection laws. Clinics must hold the necessary licences and qualifications.

5. Digital consent and evidence

The platform records consent evidence (including signature, verification and biometric video) on the clinic's behalf and provides tamper-evident storage. Offerqo provides the tooling; it does not determine what consent is legally required, and makes no warranty that any given consent record will be accepted by a particular court or authority. Clinics remain the data controller for the consents they collect.

6. Payments, credits and subscriptions

Paid features (subscriptions, credits, add-on modules) are billed through Stripe under the plan shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively. You authorise recurring charges for active subscriptions until cancelled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: uploading unlawful or infringing content; attempting to access data you are not authorised to; probing, scanning or breaching security; sending spam or fraudulent communications; or interfering with the service's operation.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and branding are owned by Offerqo. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Offerqo a licence to host and process it as needed to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Offerqo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quotes or treatment of any clinic or patient.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offerqo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any medical outcome. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Offerqo in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law. Certain provisions (including consent-evidence retention and liability limits) survive termination.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Offerqo's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Questions: [email protected].
